Tralyne grew up in Augusta, Georgia, where she attended Paine College and earned her B.A. degree in
Communications. She earned her Master’s degree in Education from Ashford University in Clinton,
Iowa. She also studied Directing for Film & Television at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.

Tralyne worked as a classroom teacher for 10 years and, for the past four years, she has successfully
hosted summer reading and performing arts programs for grades K-5. Her main objective has been to strengthen literacy skills, provide reading remediation, build self-esteem, and create counterattacks for bullying.

 

Her desire to see children learn, blossom, and grow prompted her to direct her talents toward them
as her audience. Her children’s books include: Just Be Activity Book, Just Be, Sweet Jambalaya, Nebby, and  so much more. . .
